You are using an old version of Firefox and an old version of Flash. Check the System Requirements for that web site and see if those older versions are compatible.

The OP stylus932 is on the Windows 98 platform (Win 9x 4.90), so is using the latest version that is available with Firefox 2.0.0.20.

You may be out of luck if those websites require a newer Flash 10 or 10.1 version
