How do I access my sync account to get the key if there is no account management listed in Options?

I set up a sync account, then my hard drive crashed and I had to reinstall everything. My only options under Sync are to set up a new account or it shows me a code (3 boxes) to enter on my other device. My phone (other device) doesnt seem to have a place to enter the code and only gives me another code to enter on my computer

I have the same problem, or should i call it paradox. Once you lose your key and you are nowhere signed in you can't get you key back... Really, this is so stupid, why isn't the sync key send to your mail box???
