Is someone going to address this issue? I have a PC and have "auto scroll" checked in options but it isn't working.

For those who have issues with their touch pad/scrolling issues, I would like to share what I just succeeded in doing. Not technical by a long shot, I suggest putting your PC in Safe Mode(Mozilla not I.E.) & disable all plug-ins. Next, exit Mozilla in the drop down menu which will now take you out of Safe Mode. It's like a RE-BOOT. That's it. Simple. My touch pad/scrolling ability is back to normal. I have to believe this will work with an external mouse as well. Note: I did update all plug-ins as Mozilla suggested before going thru the steps mentioned. Hope this helps.
