That is up to Delicious or whoever created their Firefox extension to fix, not something for Mozilla to fix.

See this article which explains how to fix compatibility in the Delicious extension to get it to work in Firefox 4.0.x versions.

When I follow your steps and edit install.rdf, I do not get the two lines shown on David's piece on Getting the Delicious bookmarks add-on to work with Firefox 4.0. I get something entirely different. I guess that I'll have to contact Delicious to correct the problem.
