AT&T Yahoo e-mail does not work!! I get 404 Not Found nginx/0.6.32 when trying to log in. I have had AT&T ConnTech service support. Tried but no help to solving the problem.

I go to http://www.att.my.yahoo.com. Then I click to bring up my AT&T Yahoo e-mail. I get 404 Not Found nginx 0.6.32 each time. AT&T Conntech tried to fix but no luck. They say it is a problem with only Firefox Mozilla. I have to agree since I can look at my AT&T Yahoo e-mail on Internet Explorer, Opera, and Chrome. I love Mozilla Firefox because of so many other wonderful features.

When accessing that site because it's a sub domain off of yahoo.com you can't enter www. in front of it. You can access the site at this URL http://att.my.yahoo.com/ . Let me know if this helps.

I tried the suggestion of http://att.my.yahoo.com but that did NOT work. I also used Internet Tools to clear out history (all) as suggested by AT&T U-Verse support. Well something with Mozilla Firefox and AT&T Yahoo e-mail is not compatible and/or lack of communications. All other browsers work!!

What error do you see when trying to access http://att.my.yahoo.com?
