I can't import bookmarks to Firefox.
The tutorial for importing Bookmarks shows a totally different drop-down menu than is shown in your tutorial. There is no "Import" option. The tutorial indicates for use with Windows XP. I have Windows 7. I don't know if that has anything to do with the different drop-down. ?? The guys at Best Buy said I would have fewer problems using Firefox - but if I can't easily access my Bookmarks, I'm going back to Internet Explorer. Thank you, Scott

I was referred to the same page that I started on. It wasn't a help the first time.
Ditto for the second.
There is no "IMPORT" on the drop-down menu on my computer using Firefox.
Which drop down menu do you mean?
Are you using the File menu (File > Import) or the orange Firefox menu button?
- Press F10 or tap the Alt key to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily if the Menu Bar is hidden.
I used the orange Firefox menu in the upper left corner, just like your tutorial screen indicated. I pressed F10 and tapped the ALT key - the screen jumped up and down. No new menu.
What I get is: New Tab Start Private browsing Edit Save page as... Send link... Print Web Developer Full Screen Set up Exit
NOTHING like your tutorial screen shows.
The Firefox menu button doesn't have the Import item you need to open the file menu via Alt+F if Alt or F10 aren't working.
Make sure that you do not run Firefox in full screen mode (press F11 or Fn + F11 to toggle; Mac: command+Shift+F).
If you are in full screen mode then hover the mouse to the top to make the Navigation Toolbar and Tab bar appear.
You can click the Maximize button at the top right to leave full screen mode or right click empty space on a toolbar and use "Exit Full Screen Mode" or press F11.
Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

I am not in full screen mode.
Forget it, I'm deleting this program.
It isn't worth it.
I need my Bookmarks and taking days of 'try this or that' when your tutorial makes it sound simple isn't worth whatever else Firefox has to offer.
Goodbye Scott
