Sir/Madam, I downloaded some videos from youtube. I have "Download Helper" and "Best Video Downloader" add ons installed. Any video that i download is downloaded at very small frame size like a little box. I don't mean a specific video , the problem is with any video that i download. I tried both of them. I informed them about this but no response is given by them. Is this a browser issue? (This problem is occurring from 2 days.)

Make sure you are opening them in Full Screen mode (press ALT + ENTER) in your media player..

  • BTW which Media Player software do you use ??

Check and tell if its working.

Hi mha007, Thanks for your reply! I use Windows Media Player and i still have the problem. I can see videos in fullscreen mode (alt+enter or F11) but when in normal mode video is displayed in very small frame size.

Not a Firefox issue

Open Windows Media Player

  • go to View Menu -> Video Size -> place Checkmarks on -> Fit Video to Player on Resize -> Fit Player to Video on Start
  • Restart Windows Media Player

Check and tell if its working.
