I love my igoogle page and don't want to lose it. I have a year, but what will replace it? I want dozens to websites available on one page, so I don't have to remember "favorites" or bookmarks but simply go to one site.

I'm sure if you just do a search for "igoogle alternatives" you'll find some good suggestions.

I don't use igoogle, but the first result looks like it is helpful: http://techgeek.com.au/2012/07/05/still-need-your-igoogle-5-alternatives-you-should-consider/

It should be clarified: finding igoogle alternatives is not a Firefox question. :)

By that time there is probably a Firefox version that let you set the number of rows and columns for the about:newtab page (Bug 752841).

You can change the order of the boxes on the about:newtab page and drag them to a different position to pin them to that position or you can remove them by clicking the close X of an item to block them. You can drag a bookmark or history item and drop them in a slot on the about:newtab page to pin them.

Changes are stored in the chromeappsstore.sqlite file in the Firefox Profile Folder under the pinnedLinks key and blockedLinks key.
