hello, you can just download the latest release version from getfirefox.com & install it on top of your current installation in order to go back. there shouldn't be compatibility issue with firefox beta on windows xp though - did you experience any particular issues?

Yes they told me that Firefox 20 was available. It's no good. I can't get an answer to why I can't return to 19?
