I think Your issue is unable to Read Tamil in Your mobile. I checked one of My friend's Mobile. (Samsung Galaxy S2, Android 4.01 )

On that Mobile We were able to read Tamil. I mean Firefox can support Tamil.

Please elaborate Your issue, so We can better understand Your query.

Update your Firefox to latest version

• Firefox Menu > Setting > Content > Character Encoding >[x] Show Menu
• Firefox Menu > Character Encoding > [x] Unicode (UTF-8)

could you provide the link and snapshot.

its working fine in Samsung S2 i9100 JB 4.1.2
