I did a FF21 reset and now the FF tabs work differently. I use XP-Pro

If I open more than one FF tab they are all minimized into one group tab at the bottom instead of minimized in separate tabs at the bottom like they previously were. If I maximize just one, they all show up as separate tabs all on the same top bar. How do I "ungroup" them so they act independently like all the non FF tabs that I also have minimized (ie IE8 tabs, Music, Word, etc.)?

hello roblsmith, i'm not sure if i understand the issue entirely - could you provide a screenshot that shows the problem? this might help clearing things up. thank you...

How do I create a screenshot of my problem?

Phillip,

Thanks for your interest but I don't think a screen shot will help that much.

In a nutsheell:

When all the tabs are minimized I'm used to seeing EACH one minimized down at the bottom regardless of how many FF tabs there are. When I used to maximize just one tab only ONE tab appears at the top.

Since the reset, the FF tabs that are minimized are all minimized into ONE tab at the bottom and all my non-FF tabs have individual minimized tabs which is what I like. This prevents you from seeing what FF tabs you actually have available to select because they are not minimized individually. When I then maximize the only one FF tab at the bottom, all FF tabs that were previously minimized into one, then jump to the top bar as tho I want to see them all which of course I don't unless they're at the bottom.

Likewise if I open another FF site and then minimize it, it just throws it into the same bottom FF icon and there is no unique identification of what tabs are actually in that "master minimized icon".

How do I get it back the way it was before the reset?.
