Starting today my firefox crashes at every startup. I have uninstalled, downloaded the current version and reinstalled with no success. Earlier today it would start in Safe mode, but no longer does. It now crashes even while starting in Safe.

You can try to contact Trusteer for support and disable Trusteer for now if you can't fix it at the moment.

That is a problem with Trusteer Rapport (RapportTanzan25.DLL)

Try to update or uninstall and reinstall Trusteer Rapport and if that doesn't help then disable/stop the program for now.

Start Menu > Programs > Trusteer Rapport > Stop Rapport

Thanks. However, it looks like I have Trusteer Endpoint Protection, not Rapport on my computer. Will it help to shut that down?

That fixed it. Thank you so much. It showed that it had the latest update, will have to investigate more, but I have it back now!!
