Since I updated to version 26 I cannot use payroll in the online version of Quickbooks. Everything else in Quickbooks still works. I can access payroll using google (chrome) or IE, but not Firefox. get an error message when I try to use it. Here is a copy of the error message:

Do you see any notification icons on the Firefox address bar? To the left of the padlock, look for a shield, or any other kind of icon and if you find one, click that to see whether Firefox has some objection to the page.

Could you try the site in Firefox's Safe Mode? That's a standard diagnostic tool to bypass interference by extensions (and some custom settings). More info: Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode.

You can restart Firefox in Safe Mode using

Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled

In the dialog, click "Start in Safe Mode" (not Reset)

Any difference?
