I am a french people and I don't speak english fluently. I beg your pardon. Please, use simple sentences in your responses.

My PC run with Windows XP SP3 and Firefox 27.0.1.

I work with 2 sessions: "Administrateur" and "User".

I use Sync to share bookmarks and other items of Firefox from one session to other.

Since the last update Firefox (but I am not sure), a lot of bookmarks folders disapparear in "User" session. I was disappointed.

But I discover that these bookmarks folders were always staying in "Administrateur" session.

I execute many synchronisations, but I get no changes in situation ("User" session doesn't obtain the lost bookmarks).

I remark only that a label that I create in "User" becomes synchronized and appears in "Administrateur".

What happens and what can I do ?

Thanks for responses.

Hello JGB33FRANCE,

Thank you for posting your question.

When you say two sessions, do you mean two user profiles? Or two user accounts on the computer?

If you mean two profiles, then please check the last sync time when the bookmarks do not show up. If that profile has an older timestamp you can "Sync Now"

However, there is a new Sync that I would recommend trying too. This is in the new Firefox Beta Version. Once downloaded you can type in "about:accounts" in the url and set up this account. Just copy the old profile folder into the new one and you are set to go.
