how disable an account (remove from computer)
Had to make a new account because of the transfer of our domain to a new provider. How to remove the previous account (from the list of accounts in Thunderbird) ? Thanks for your help!

Tools>Account Settings. Select the account you want to remove and click on the Remove Account button at the bottom of the window.

Tools>Account Settings. Select the account you want to remove and click on the Remove Account button at the bottom of the window.
The button is grayed out if the account you want to remove is set as the Default account. Set another account as the default first.
