It used to be that I would get a list of my Address Books directly from the Mail Toolbar when I clicked on Address Book. This no longer happens. All I get is a form to enter a new contact. if I go to New Entry or New List I can bring up a list of Address books, but no way to select one and delete it.

I see my list of address books when I go to Write mode and click on the arrow next to Address book. But I cannot delete an Address Book by any method. Right clicking on the name of the Address Book does not provide a delete option or any other option.

I seem to have read and replied to this exact posting earlier today, or maybe yesterday, but I can't find it right now.

The Contacts Sidebar you see in the write window is read-only, so you won't be able to do any editing there.

You say that something used to happen when you selected the Address Book and this supposedly doesn't happen now. Can you give any more detail on what does happen?

Have you lost the list of address books? In the Address Book, view|layout|directory pane to restore the list of address books.
