I have used Fire Fox browser for some time. It has always had the green Webroot Password Manager icon in the upper right hand corner. (It was always in the Fire Fox add on’s.) My Fire Fox browser stopped working so I uninstalled it & reinstalled it. Now I can not get the pass word manager icon. It is no ware to be found in Fire Fox add on’s or on the Webroot site. How do I get it back? I am using Windows 7 Ultimate. Thank You (Email removed by moderator. Please see Forum Rules and Guidelines

Does it maybe show as a disabled extension? Those are at the bottom of the list on a gray background on the Add-ons page. Either:

  • Ctrl+Shift+a
  • orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons

In the left column, click Extensions. Nowhere to be found?

Based on the user manual for "Webroot SecureAnywhere Internet Security Complete", the add-ons should show up in your browsers after you set up the password manager inside Webroot, under Identity & Privacy, Password Management tab. If you have a "Download & Install" button, you will need to use that. However, presumably, that step already was completed.

Can you see any feature within your Webroot software to "push" the add-on into your browsers?
