I load cbc.ca and it loads ok then a grey screen covers the page and freezes everything - doesn't happen on other browsers

I load cbc.ca - I assume other sites but haven't test - and it loads ok - then a grey screen covers everything and freezes the content- Other tabs work fine for other pages just not cbc.ca - what's wrong. This happens on all my copies of ffox. So not just a single computer.

If you use extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) that can block content (e.g. Adblock Plus, NoScript, Flash Block, Ghostery) then make sure that such extensions aren't blocking content.
