How to solve most problems with Firefox
Follow these steps in order until the problem is fixed:
- Restart your computer
-  Clear your cookies and cache
-  Update your plugins
-  Restart Firefox in Safe Mode and see if the problem goes away
- If the problem goes away, see  Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems
- If the problem does not go away, continue on to step 5.

-  Reset your Firefox settings
-  Reinstall Firefox
-  Make a new profile
