Firefox sync on mobile does not work.
I have two PCs with sync configured and one android device. I can see that there is no problem with synchronizing data between PCs, but I cannot see my data on android device.
I have on both PCs ff 30 and new sync configured (I upgraded from old sync). I also tried to delete my old sync account, create a new one with same email and then configure.
I also signed up on android device to my sync account. The problem is that I cannot choose data which should be synced (positions are grey - disabled). And I don't see data from pc on android. On PC I syncrhonize bookmarks, passwords, and settings. On Android I want to syncrhonize passwords and bookmarks. What should I do to make this work?

Hi szaman, Currently these options to choose on Android are not available in version 30. In version 31 or Beta there is. On that page there will be a warning why this is. try Toggling"Auto Sync data" in Android menu Settings > Data Usage.
Hmmm, I cannot find such setting in my version (30 - PL). Maybe it is hidden or something?
Helo?:)
Hey, sorry there is a conference this week. In mobile if you tap on setting something then sync, the account menu will come up. There should be a warning there if the sync data is turned off on the phone. For android account settings there is a status for how often to sync the attached sync account. There will be the option for syncing on data or wifi. Did this help?
I can see only settings as in attached screen. It is not possible to change sync frequency.
In the past it was greyed out when the timestamps were different client side and server side. Is your time set to automatic or manual?
It is set to automatic.
Apologies for the theories, but the only times I have seen them greyed out is in those two senarios including the master password being set or the time stamp being different.
- Do you have a master password set? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/why-cant-i-sync-my-passwords
It would be disabled if something was disabling it. Have you made any changes recently to the account, or is it a deprecated account?

Thanks for the reply. I don't have master password set. I upgraded from old sync in June and since that time I made some changes.
Hi szazman, I have got to get this back an forth down better. But, currently is it not possible to sync different things from different machines. Everything syncs the same set of things was what I found out, so if the sync has already completed, this would be why they are greyed out.
Ok, but the problem is that I cannot see my synchronized data. When I navigate to bookmarks then I can see only the default ones.
Right, sorry for missing the point. Trying to figure out why it was greyed out. My sync completed and is greyed out as well.
What I can suggest is trying again if you still do not see the synced data in a new tab (bookmarks, history etc).
There were also network connection issues in the last 24 hours, but there would be an error message.
I reset my password and went to accounts.firefox.com/settings go there and see if there are any errors after a page refresh.
