How can I merge to seperate sync accounts?
Hi
I hope someone can help with this, there are a couple of postings on this issue but none seem to give a clear answer.
I've managed to procude two sync accounts - that is with separate email address's and passwords. I want to merge the two without lossing anything. Is there a simple way to do this?
Thanks Paul

Ok, I think I've got it. Yes two machines are syncing but the machine with most addons and my prefered settings is on another account. If I understand you correctly then If I unlink this one and re-set with the account the other machines , and the portable are on then everything should sync. Thanks for your help.

What exactly are you trying to sync? How many computers involved in this issue?
Hi
Well I'm trying to sync apps , bookmarks, settings and history. There are about three computers and a portable version of firefox involved.

To sync, you need to use one email address and sync account to identify you as the owner of all these.
Do you have two computers syncing and the third one syncing separately with the portable version?
Deleting the Sync Account from any of these instances of Firefox should not delete the contents of Firefox. You'd just need to re-create a sync account using the correct email address across all devices afterwards.
