Go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here) and search for what you want.

If your provider has a time where you are not charged, there are add-ons that can delay downloading until that time.

Niroskutty, what ISP do you have as there is a Extension called Net Usage that you could look at.
