Are you actually using Kerberos/GSSAPI or has this been incorrectly selected?

You could check your settings on the home computer to see if you are using Authentication method:'Kerberos/GSSAPI' or 'Normal Password'.

Try:

  • Tools > Account Settings > Outgoing Server (SMTP)
  • select the server and click on 'Edit' button
  • Authentication method: select 'Normal Password'
  • click on OK
  • then click on OK to save account settings changes.
