messages are deleted automatically and i cannot find them

if I do not read and delete the next time I go in messages that where there will just automatically disappear and it will still show messages in inbox unread but when you look for them they are not in trash or folders or inbox

Maybe you have applied a setting so that it shows only unread messages.

In the menu, View|Folders|All - yours may be set to "Unread",

No menu? Press the <alt> button on your keyboard.

There is also the QuickFilter which sits above your list of messages. This has a button for "Unread" too.
