Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>

key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

yes the problem went away. i was able to see them but only in safe mode what is the solution

went back and it is working now!!! why did it do this?

It could be a file was corrupted, but later repaired. Keep an eye on it for a time.
