Thunderbird import wizard NEXT button missing. Freezes program

Trying to import a .csv mailing list that I created in excel on Mac. I go to TOOLS>> IMPORT and get "wizard screen" stating that it will import messages, address book entries..... While I can select "Address Books" there is no NEXT button to continue selecting file for import.

I'm attaching (image 1) a screen grab of what my Thunderbird Wizard window looks like. Compared to (image 2) showing what it SHOULD look like.

Very frustrated. Cannot add any email lists I create.
