I have this thing "speed test 127 " on my firefox browser .I don't know how I got it . I disabled from from add-ons but no option for remove it . it doesn't show anywhere in my computer . how can I remove it  ?

That means this is a plugin. The program is in there somewhere.

Windows: Start > Control Panel > Uninstall Programs. Mac: Open the "Applications" folder. Linux: Check your user manual.

If you can't find the program, click on the Installed On at the top of the list. Look at the newest installed programs.
