I have lost the ability to access or post photos on Shutterfly due to a blank screen.

I am able to access and post photos on Shutterfly on my other devices but not on our desktop pc. When I select "Photos" or "Photogallery" all I get is a white screen surrounded with a gray holiday border. There seems to be a bug but I do not know how to restore the function that previously worked.
