Chosen solution

Adobe has not supported Android since September 10, 2013.

They still have the old Flash Player 11.1.x on archive.

Note the old Flash Player for Android only worked on ARMv7 devices and not the more current cpus like Intel or ARMv8 or quad core etc the phones and tablets may have in the past few years since.

Also many sites no longer supports the old Flash Player 11.1 that Android and BlackBerry Playbook used.
