Firefox crashes

Whenever I try to start Firefox, it instantly crashes. Even in safe mode, it doesn't work. Microsoft Edge doesn't even start. I am using my friend's computer to write this, because I have no access to the internet.

hello, can you please try to press the shift key while firefox is launching and in the safemode window click to refresh firefox and see if this can address the issue...
