Computer and Firefox is running slow, culprit appears to be plugin-container.exe using up CPU. The only plugins I have on "always activate: is "Open H264 Video Codec provided by Cisco Systems, Inc", which does not give the option of asking to activate.

Silverlight, Microsoft Office, Google Update and Adobe Acrobat are the only other non-disabled Plugins.

Any ideas on what could be causing this?
