Messing around, these worked. I suspect they are an old legacy feature because these URLs do not redirect to a secure connection.* That probably should be a no go if you are concerned about the authenticity of the site delivering the executable.

Regular release:

https://download.mozilla.org/?product=firefox-latest&lang=en-US

ESR release:

https://download.mozilla.org/?product=firefox-esr-latest&lang=en-US

Your locale may vary, of course.

The site will detect your current OS. If you want an installer for a different OS, you can specify it in the URL (use the "all" page as a model for the parameters).

* If you use NoScript, it will force an HTTPS connection, which does not work on the download.cdn.mozilla.net server. You could add the site to the "Never force secure (HTTPS) connections for the following sites" list in NoScript Options > Advanced > HTTPS > Behavior but... it's probably a bad idea.

Not everybody wants en-US so you should link to www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

Also Win64 Firefox will only run on 64-bit Windows 7, 8, (8.1), 10 as all other Windows should use 32-bit Firefox.

By the way, you can bookmark this URL to simplify using the "All" page if you only need U.S. English installers:

https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/?q=English (US)
