I would like to create an adress list for email-marketing via special post service. For this i need to collect all the adresses of our clients and partners from several mailboxes in our company. All of us are using Thunderbird, but mostly, my collegues didn't add clients to address book. Is it possible to export clients' data to excel file like an adress book?

Out of the box Thunderbird saves all contacts that you have sent mails to in the Collected Addresses address book. You can open the address book and export from there.

If this is not what you want and you want to collect the addresses from your Inbox or another folder, you might be able to perform that task with the add-on Email Address Crawler, which collects all the addresses from a folder and puts them in an address book.
