Video Download Helper has been a very useful add-on and has enabled me to download videos from various sites.

Since upgrading Firefox earlier today, VDH seems to just download the file header (or whatever it's called), then says it's complete.

I'm trying to grab some soaps that my wife missed earlier this week, so now it's not working, somehow or other that is my fault. Apparently I shouldn't have installed the Firefox upgrade before I knew VDH would work as before. Dont ask!

A PS to the previous message. When video download helper didn't work after updating Firefox, I:

1.uninstalled the vdh add-on, then added it on again. That didn't work.
2. uninstalled firefox, rebooted, downloaded and installed Firefox again then followed up by installing the video add-on. That didn't work either.

Not being particularly computer-literate, I don't know what else to try, other than posting a query here.
