Thank you in advance for any guidance you can provide :-)

OS: Windows 10 (last updates were: 10/11/17)

Firefox is repeatedly crashing (note: not at startup), immediately following an automatic FF update (56.0.1 dated 10/14/17) (image attached)

Checked Chrome and Edge which, like FF, let me open 2-3 sites, but ultimately crashed repeatedly.

In addition to the Crash Reporter, I also got: 'Well, this is embarrassing' w/ the choice to restore or close windows and tabs (image attached)—neither were responsive and I could only close the dialog box.

I submitted the crash reporter multiple times with my own notes and email address

attempted resolutions: restart/shutdown removed/added Windows Firewall un/re-installed FF

I've also attached the crash report(s) I a screenshot because the link to add troubleshooting info took me to an error page.

Thank you again. I've been troubleshooting for hours and am frustrated. All was working decently before the update today.

Hi. I submitted multiple crash reports when prompted to do so (the message was that it would be submitted whether I closed or restarted Firefox). Do I need to submit an additional report?

Need to read the above URL please and follow it's instructions.

The small window that opens up and sends crash report does not send it to us.

Follow instructions please.

I am so sorry, but after clicking the URL you provided, I remain unclear as to what you need.

The information on the page discusses the crash reporter (image attached) as the way to submit the pertinent crash info to Firefox. If I understand you, Firefox does not receive the Mozilla Crash Reporter forms. Is that correct?

I followed the instructions to view the crash reports. Two questions. 1. there are many crash reports, which do I choose? 2. What of the information I can view should I provide you and HOW do I provide it to you?
