Firefox won't send forms
Ever since the last update I haven't been able to send forms with Firefox. These include:
redditgifts forms redditgifts messages upwork login form any form on upwork
I will fill the form but when I click send it gives me an error message saying there was a problem. These are very important websites and it's only because I like firefox that I keep using it in spite of the huge inconvenience this has been causing me. I've googled and other people have been having similar problems.

Hello,
Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache. Note: This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to. To clear cache and cookies do the following:
- Click the menu button , choose History, and then "Clear Recent History...".
- Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
- Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
- From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
- Now click the "Clear Now" button.
Further information can be found in the Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox article.
Did this fix your problems? Please report back to us!
Thank you.
Hello, I had to create a new account because I lost my password. No, clearing cookies and history doesn't solve the problem.
I have that problem with specific parts of specific websites, namely; redditgifts when sending forms (but login works), redditgifts when sending messages, upwork login
I've been able to send forms with firefox on other websites, I can login to my email. I think there's a component that those websites have that firefox can't run.
Could it be java? I've heard that firefox disabled it.
You can check the Web Console to see if that provides more detail.
- "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Web Developer
