I recently got a new computer and transferred all my programs from the old one. The only thing that did no transfer was my address book. The internet provider is Spectrum. I have tried to export it from spectrum but the options of where to export to does not include Thunderbird.

According to Spectrum, contacts can be exported to a vcf file. If all the contacts are contained in a single vcf file, open Tools/Import... in TB, Address books... vCard file (vcf), and select the vcf file.

If the contacts are exported as one contact per vcf file, look here for how to import multiple vCards to TB.
