I installed Thunderbird 60.0 and want to import my old contacts (windows live mail) which I have exported to .vcf files. The default import from TB can do one at a time, but since I have 800+ contacts I'm looking for a way to do it in bulk. About the only answer I can find on these forums is to download the extension: MoreFunctionsForAddressBook However, this does not work with version 60.0. Is there another way?

Chosen solution

Open Tools/Options/Advanced/General/Config. editor and double-click the preference extensions.strictCompatibility to toggle it to false, OK to close Options. You will now be able to install and run MoreFunctionsForAddressBook.
