Displaying a text attachment
AT&T when passing a text message to an email messages puts the body of text into a .txt attachment. When displayed through thunderbird you are required to click on this attachment. Is there a way automatically display this text as if it were not in an attachment?
Chosen solution
A change to TB 68 means that text attachments are no longer displayed inline, even if View/Display Attachments Inline is enabled. To allow inline display, open Tools/Options/Advanced/General/Config. editor and double-click the preference mail.inline_attachments.text to true.

My thanks also - thought I would need an addon but this worked like a charm...
