I want to sync my information from google chrome to firefox but cant figure out how.

Used Google Chrome for years, but its started making my computer run really hot. Switched over to Firefox but I can't import any of my data (history, logins and passwords, etc) that i've been using over the years. I see options to sync from another device, but I don't want to do that. I want to sync from Chrome on my Mac to Firefox on my Mac. Is this possible?

Sync doesn't work between different web browsers, only between Firefox installations. You need to import your data from Google Chrome thru Firefox.
