Cannot use global search/find to show messages to then perform bulk or singular deletions across multiple accounts
For various reasons, I have eight email accounts: Yahoo, Gmail, etc.
And, I know how to perform a global search across “all” accounts.
Using the global search/find, there are times when I wish to delete individual messages. To do so, I must “open” the “found” message and then delete it. I would prefer to “delete” the singular message with a right click & delete. Is it possible or am I missing something?
And there are times, the global search/find produces a large number of emails (pages). I then want to delete a considerable number of messages in one evolution, but I cannot find a methodology to perform the task. Again it seems I’m relegated to opening each message and then deleting it. And, as the messages in each account reside in various folders. The use of the “filter” function is inadequate and I must use the global search function.
Any ideas or thoughts?
