You do not have to have your top sites showing the most frequently visited - you can set them to sites of your choosing.

To add a top site to your Firefox for Android homescreen, tap the Firefox browser menu and select “Add to top sites”.

Hi , yes i know that... but every time i open ffox, it presents the page of the last website visited. This is new for me and it does not happened before. For the android app, Chrome has an option to set this, not the same for ffox... I will try to reinstall the app..
