Invisible Messages??
My bank sent me a form yesterday, but it's not showing in my Inbox. If I do a search, it appears in the search. But going back to visually examine all messages in my inbox (a manageable two dozen) I can see that it's not there!
Going back to the search, I can find it and open it.
I'm concerned I may be missing untold incoming emails that I just don't know to search for.
Any suggestions on getting to the bottom of this and fixing it?

Thanks for the suggestion, sfhowes. I made sure that the Quick Filter Wasn't in Use, and I Verified That My View/Folders Is set to All.
Since I was able to find the errant message via search, I dealt with it and deleted it, but that unfortunately precludes doing any further testing. So I'll mark this as solved.

If the message is in the Inbox but not visible except through search, check that you don't have any Quick Filter Bar filter applied, and that View/Folders is All.
