Copied profile from old PC to new. Can see all emails and receive, but can't see address book or send

I copied the contents of my only profile in AppData/Thunderbird/Roaming/Thunderbird from my old PC to the same path in the new PC. Both are 78.6.1 (32-bit).

Both profiles have 682 files and 63 folders when Thunderbird is closed.

-I can see all emails/folders/accounts/etc -I can receive emails

-My address books aren't showing -When I type an email address (they always appear in red colour) into the 'to' field, the 'send' button is enabled, but pressing the button does nothing. I can press it lots of times - it doesn't seem to try to send - no errors. -Google Calendar isn't working. I was using Provider for Google Calendar (which appeared on new PC too), but no data was showing in my calendar. I can fix this by using CalDAV, but I've mentioned it in case it points to the problem.

I still have access to my old PC.

One weird thing. When I replied to a Gmail synced account within Thunderbird, it wouldn't let me send as usual, but it did save a draft in Gmail - so when I went to send from the online Gmail page, the draft was waiting for me (albeit without any recipients).

This problem is still ongoing - can anyone help? Another possible clue - even though events aren't visible in google calendar within thunderbird, I'm still getting notifications coming up. It won't process my 'dismiss' request properly though.

The main problem is being able to reply to emails though. In my Pop3 account, when I reply it doesn't fill in the 'to' field and wont send (even if I fill in the field). On gmail imap, it will fill in the 'to' field, but still doesn't allow sending.

Still desperate for this to be fixed :(
