It seems that after the last update, 7/19/2021, PayPal generated packing lists only print the left 2/3 of the packing list image. The right 1/3 is completely blank. The Address line on the top of the page and the cut here line on the bottom both print properly across the page.

Is this due to the latest update, perhaps a glitch? All the settings are set the same way as before the update.

All troubleshooting failed to fix this issue. The packing list prints properly in Msoft Edge.

Yes, the latest FF (90) release has a problem related to printing and scaling that truncates the page. This has been reported, but no update or time table for a fix has been posted.

Hi All, a patch has been developed for the scaled printing problem and is in testing in the Nightly version (future Firefox 92). Hopefully it will go into beta testing this week (in future Firefox 91). I don't know when it might be released as an interim update for Firefox 90, or whether that will happen.

Meanwhile, printing works normally if the page "fits" when you set Scale to 100%. In some cases, you can use Landscape as a workaround, but I know that will be less useful for many pages.

I did try the 100% scale and all it did was enlarge the part that was able to be printed and only that filled the page, but it did not restore the unprinted section.

I also attempted to save the document as a .pdf, but it saved just like it printed, with the 1/3 missing At the time, the only way to do it was to take a screenshot and adapt the size in photoshop.

I guess I will have to use a different browser until this issue gets resolved.

Thanks
