24 Character Recovery Key?

more options

I am trying to access my firefox account. I have my username, password and a 24 character recovery key (I set this up in 2014). I have changed mobile devices so I no longer have the Firefox token set up in LastPass..so cannot generate the pin. When I try to bypass the pin by using my recovery key - I am only given the option to use a 10digit key, not the 24digit key I was provided in 2014.

Thanks. Any help would be appreciated!!

In 2015, the old Sync service was shut down and users needed to migrate to the new one. It sounds as though you were on the new service but didn't have a new recovery key. I don't know whether there is a workaround at this point.
