Youtube Cannot change user.

This problem only started today. On Youtube if I wish to change user I click on the top right icon and a drop down menu should appear listing things like log off and change user. Now when I click the user icon a blank box drops down, the circle goes round and round and nothing ever happens. I have cleared cache, rebooted reloaded etc all to no avail. Any pointers please. Steve

What OS? Are you in X11 or Wayland? What desktop? A screenshot showing the issue would help. Is there a reason for the old version of Firefox? https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/#product-desktop-release
