Receives but won't send-Spectrum
I am using Thunderbird 102.5.0 Windows 10. Port 143 Yesterday it stopped sending emails. Receives fine and sends from other platformsFrom Spectrum I get Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: <xxxxxx@charter.net> sender rejected. The email address you are sending as must match the email address you used to auth. Please check your SMTP settings. AUP#Out-1500. Please verify that your email address is correct in your account settings and try again
AS always Spectrum was not helpful.. Seems like there should be an easy fix???

Well, the server email setting is for a nancy account, but the smtp server is for a jeff account. the error message is stating the two should match.

Posting a screenshot of your smtp server settings may help, since the error message was about that.
That is not the SMTP server . It is under accountsettings>OutgoingServer(SMTP)
Does this help? Thank you for the assistance
