Hi jasonz, what problem are you having with video in Firefox?

When decoding videos that were encoded using a patented codec, Firefox uses the Windows Media Foundation. Some versions of Windows are unbundled and in that case, the Media Foundation needs to be downloaded and installed manually. There is more information in the following article:
