SEC_ERROR_PKCS11_GENERAL_ERROR significa che c'è un errore nella configurazione della smart card o che il suo driver non è compatibile con Firefox. Verifica anzitutto se esistono driver più aggiornati. Prova poi a vedere se questa guida ti è di auto -> https://www.dcssrl.it/accedo/base/firefox/inst_02_compact_incard.php (Tieni conto che l'interfaccia di Firefox attuale è differente da quella presentata nella guida)
